My friend is doing a project called Human Variation, it’s a blog of people of all sizes, ages, shapes, races, etc. nekkid. Now it’s NOT porn but just a way to celebrate part of what makes us individual. Here is what the project is about.

The Human Variation project is an art blog designed to discover and celebrate the beauty inherent in diverse human bodies. The project is based on the simple premise that every body is beautiful by virtue of being human, and that every body has a basic aesthetic value that should be celebrated and appreciated.

Societies do not operate under this premise. Societies evolve over time with various ever-changing norms and standards of beauty. The Human Variation project doesn’t imply that social norms of beauty are bad per se, only that they are a subset of that which is beautiful. Nor are we suggesting that people who do happen to fit those norms, whether by accident or design, are any less beautiful than those who do not. What we celebrate on this blog is diversity itself, the myriad ways the human body can grow and develop, adapt and change, age and be modified.

By doing so, the Human Variation project hopes to achieve two goals.

First, it is our intention that our contributors simply feel good about themselves. We sincerely desire for people of all ages, shapes, sizes, genders, and races to feel as though they are worthy of pride in their appearance. Second, we wish that those who observe the contributions, particularly those whose views of human beauty have been rooted in the expectations of society, can be educated by and take pleasure in challenging the prevailing notions of whose bodies should be celebrated.

If you believe that this is a worthwhile mission to undertake, please consider contributing. It’s easy and anonymous, and you just might change something for the better in yourself or someone else.

It’s been a while since I’ve updated and I’ll do it this week I promise!

That’s how birthdays and pretty much any day are for me. Just another day.

No one to care that I was born or that I even exist. Nothing to look forward to.  Of course the folks online send you greetings, but it still hurts when they tell you to ‘enjoy it’ and ‘have fun’. While I tell others the same, they actually do. They have people around to celebrate with them and let them know that they’re happy they were born.

Valentine’s day is coming up here in a few weeks and I’ve never had one. For many people they say it’s not an important day. But they all have or had someone in their lives so of course for them it may not be a big deal. But when you’ve never had anyone just to see what the deal is about for once would be nice.

Most people have a point in their lives or even a time period that they can say they were happy or would love to relive that age. I haven’t had it and don’t know if I ever will. There hasn’t been an age or a year where I can say that I’d love to relive again or that it was the best of my life.

I keep dreaming and hoping that things will change but it’s not much hope.

At least that’s my goal!

I have a few financial bumps to get over in the next few weeks, but I think for the first time in my life I’ll be heading upward financially.

Now if my dreams of having someone in my life can start looking up. Maybe things will come together in the end for that.

IF I manage to not get distracted by shiny things, I’m aiming on finishing a 8 month rotation next year. Yes that’s right..ladies and germs, boyz and girlz…8 months.

One of my favorite strength workouts is Jari Love and her Ripped workouts. When I do her workouts I can see results pretty quickly. She states that the best way to do her workouts is to do each one 20 times. So that’s my goal. She now has 5 workouts out and plans more for next year YOUPPI! So doing them 3 times a week starting 12/30 will take me until the end of August. I have only one trip that I’m aware of that is in August even though I do hope to make Joisey at least once next year. So if it happens before August I’ll just rework the rotation to account for it.

I also hope to update at least something once a week next year even if it’s just my workouts. I do need to type and release so hopefully I can do that.

That seems to be the story of my blogging life! It’s not like I have any excuses even! I do need to get back into it!

But it looks like I’ll be a working girl again! If everything goes smoothly I’ll be working 2 work at home c/s jobs here shortly! The companies are legit they were featured in a story from ABC and I know from a forum who works one of them.

So if the hours stay available to where it’ll be a semi-full time gig then I hope to *finally* get started with Ameriplan. And if so then I’ll be one happy camper once that’s up and running!

There are so many kewl things one can do with programs and normally I can figure them out. However, some I just don’t get.

For years, I’ve seen folks merge pictures together as one continuum but I just didn’t know how to do it. I didn’t even realize until recently that it was called merge. Anywho, I’m still not getting it.

I asked a guy on another forum and he stated how he did it using paint, but I still can’t figure it out. So I had a smart idea and figured another way to do it. It might be a PITA however, I think it’ll work for now!

Maybe one day I’ll figure out how to do it!

Update: I have been helped! So now I know how to do it and I can feel special with everyone else

Still trying to figure out the job hunting scene. I’m still hoping to get something for a work at home job going. I have my eye on one that looks to be a 9 month project. While it’ll be short money wise, I think I can still swing it, still working out the math. But at least it will get some money coming in.

I’m trying to figure out also how to get enoug going so that *hopefully* I can move back east. Most of the areas back there are much more commuter friendly with the buses and trains. So job wise I *should* have an easier time looking for work as I’m not having to worry about location as much. But am not looking forward to Nor’easters!

Scott came to my rescue and got my computer working! YAYAYAYAYAYAYA Scott!

Not sure exactly what happened, but apparently it was quite dirty so a good cleaning seems to have done the trick ! I’ll have to look into a cleaner of some sort. I had one years ago not sure if I still have it. If I do, with my luck, it’ll be in my stuff in Cali !

Even before this, I was looking into getting a laptop so I can surf in bed or on the couch. I’m still definitely going to look into it if my savings plan works.

I haven’t abonded everyone!

First what happened, was that I had shorted my TWC payment so they cut me off and of course no money until today. So I call get everything restored and then my computer is acting up.

When I got up Monday, the monitor was off and the green light was flashing. I didn’t think anything of it. So I shut of the PCU and went along. Then this AM when I went to turn it on, I had some weird message about a hardware or software change causing it to not come back up right. Of course, I don’t remember doing anything, so not sure what that’s all about.

Anywho, my friend Scott is going to come by and look into it for me. Of all weeks to act up, it picks this one. On top of the TWC issues, we had lay offs at work and I was one of the lucky ones to be let go. So if my computer doesn’t get back up, then I’ll have limited access via the Workforce and the Library.

But I do have something on the horizon that hopefully will allow me to be working from home and also if I have to murder my computer, I can get another one quickly. So if the computer doesn’t get back up, I’ll update as I can !

I haven’t written in forever, I need to try to keep up here !

I hope to at least write weekly if not every few days.
