New Rotation

I did OK on the beginning of my Jari rotation but of course I got distracted so once again I’m off to something else.

I’m going to try Extreme this month. I haven’t done it in forever and I love it!

So the plan is to do this 3 times a week and my cardio at least 3 times a week but I also hope to end up with 5-6 days :)

Week 2

I didn’t feel well most of the week but I ended up getting my workouts in and lost 4.8 pounds last week so 7.2 so far :) .

Week 1 Down

Did pretty good last week. I only missed Sunday and I missed my push ups on a few days, but as long as I get at least 4 days in I’ll be happy.

Lost 2.4 last week as well! We’ll see how this week goes with TOM.

No More Shiny Distractions

That’s my goal for 2008, to stick to a rotation for once in my life.

I have it all planned out for the next 8 months with 1 planned outing accounted for.

So here is what I have for January:

Sunday–Fluidity/75 push ups

Monday–Ripped/75 push ups

Tuesday–Cardio/75 push ups

Wednesday–Ripped/75 push ups

Thursday–Fluidity/75 push ups

Friday–Ripped/75 push ups

Saturday–Cardio/Abs/75 push ups

I was kidnapped on Sunday so I missed my Fluidity and push ups as I was quite tired by the time I got home. But aim to make it up.

Distracted by Shiny Things

Since I have the rotation attention span of a gnat, once again I’ve abandoned my rotation. I did make it 3 weeks which is the longest in a while.

So someone suggested a theme weeks for those of us challenged in this. So I’m aiming on doing that for at least the rest of the year and then we’ll see from there.

This week I’m doing Cathe and my 50 push ups.

Monday–Power Hour/50 push ups

Tuesday–Legs & Glutes/50 push ups

Wednesday–Pyramid Upper/50 push ups

Thursday–Kickmax/50 push ups

Friday–Pyramid Lower/50 push ups

Saturday–Coremax/50 push ups

Monday–Full Squeeze

Tuesday–Power Squeeze/Cardio

Wednesday–Cardio

Thursday–Full Squeeze/Cardio

Friday–Power Squeeze/Cardio

Saturday–Full Squeeze/Cardio

Goodness!

I know, I haven’t written in forever! I need to stay on track! Plus I’m planning on doing Nanowrimo…sigh!

So we’ll see how this month goes!

And as usual, I have the attention span of a gnat so  once again, I”m changing my rotation. I was inspired to do so after seeing what Liz was able to do with one of her clients.

Liz is on some of my exercise forums and herself has had an amazing transformation. She has also competed in bodybuilding competitions.

I strive to be the before but it would rock to be after when all is said and done!

BAH!

Last week didn’t go very well, so hopefully the few days I have this week will be better. I’m heading out to Joisey for a few days on Friday, so I only have Monday through Thursday. I was going to try to get an easy workout in on Friday, but the shuttle will be here 8ish to get me so I’ll be lucky to get up on time to eat and throw the last things in the suitcase. I’m packed clothes wise, just have to put in the toiletries.

I think I’m good for 4 week rotations…I seem to get bored after that. Le sigh!

Not sure what I’m going to do this week yet, if I’m going to do the last week of the rotation or something else…

September Progress

Hopefully these actually look different from the before. But I took these a few weeks ago to pinpoint where I’m at. I’m hadn’t taken any other updated ones, so this is the first. The aim is at the end of each rotation (also the beginning of the next) from here on out to take pictures. But if I do P90X then it’ll be every 30 days.
