I’m in quite a few challenges for various groups. They are as follows:
1. Valentine’s Challenge–1/1-2/14
2. The Biggest Loser–100 day challenge
3. Vegan Bodybuilding–No, I’m not training to be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger, but the best me I can be!
4. Tae Bo Bootcamp Training–now while not a challenge per se, I want to be in the best shape ever once it does come.
Goals:
1) Lose roughly 80 pounts
2) Lose about 50-60 inches
3) Have visable muscles
4) Break guys necks as they do a double take–not due to how heavy I am, but due to how HAWT I am!
I had never heard of Hoppin’ John until the other day. I found a few recipes, but our paper had some as well. The one I made is a crockpot recipe and it was YUM! I still need to figure out my camera and make the pictures look good, but hopefully this will come through OK
